Sending a Customer Contact Message
The type of messaging preference is set in the workfile Contacts tab. Options include text, email or call. This preference determines how the message you create is delivered.
To send a Customer Contact email message
- Select Dashboards, and then select the Customer Experience Dashboard from the menu bar.
- Select one of the category tiles in the upper right portion of the screen (Recent Opportunities, In Process, Ready to Deliver, or Recently Delivered).
- Select the workfile, and then select Contact Customer from the mini-toolbar. The Customer Communications screen opens.
- If you have already set up predefined messages in your profile, select the Send an email option in the droplist under Contact Customer.See Creating Email and Text Message Templates.
- Select the predefined email message from the droplist.

Enter the message and other information required in the appropriate fields. - Click Send. Your email message is sent.
